Text for ‘Clear, happy, spacious decisions’

Make yourself as comfortable as you can and take a few nice, deep breaths in… and let them out… That’s it.

Soften the focus of your eyes as you gaze, with eyes open or closed. Relax the muscles around your eyes as you breathe. You don’t have to make anything happen. Your breathing takes care of itself. Isn’t that good? And if you like, you can relax into the out breath a little more - that’s it… stretching the out breath, if it feels good to breathe out and out and out… feeling how easy and relaxing that is as you breathe, with soft eyes and allowing yourself to be here, now.

That’s it.

We’re going to focus attention on the emotions arising when you think about the decisions ahead of you. You don’t have to decide anything right here, right now. You are simply bringing your attention to the way the decisions feel, so you can align your emotions and energies first.

Tuning into divine guidance / Source / the angels first, before taking the action of decision-making, allows you to build your clear, happy, spacious state. Then — when you’re finding it easier and easier to align all emotions, bringing yourself into your most aligned states more and more easily — then you can make decisions in a clear, calm, happy, spacious state, knowing that all is well. Training attention for a few days before making the decisions means you can make them in alignment with your most peaceful self. As you make your decisions, your whole being is relaxed and calm.

So, let’s start with where you are right now. Take a moment, as you breathe, with soft eyes, to briefly focus your mind on the way you feel about the decisions you are going to make soon. For a moment, allow all thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories. Notice them. Observe them. They are welcome. They have every right to be here. They are all welcome.

As you breathe, with soft eyes, allow all of your experience. Acknowledge it all. There is nothing for you to do. Just be with each awareness. That’s it. You might like to get a sense of placing all of that outside yourself, as you breathe, with soft eyes. Allow it all to be there, just outside yourself.

Whatever happens by itself as you focus and breathe and allow, it’s all just as it needs to be. Whatever response there is to these words is just right. There is nothing you have to do. Just allow, observe, invite, and let your system do as it will. Whatever happens next is perfect.

Now, as you bring your attention back to whatever is happening inside you now, and breathe, with soft eyes, get a sense for any sensations that want your attention. There may be physical sensations or emotions, thoughts or memories, visualisations… Somehow, you’ll know where to focus your attention. If there are many things, that’s fine, we will come to them in turn. Reassure them — you will give them the attention they need.

Get a sense for where your attention needs to go first and allow yourself to focus there for a moment, as you breathe, with soft eyes. That’s it. Allow what is there to be there. There’s nothing you need to know, or do, or figure out. It’s ok. Your system is going to do all the work for you. All it needs is your attention as you allow and breathe, with soft eyes.

If there were a perfect colour for the awareness in this part of your body, allow yourself to breathe that colour in through your heart and out from your heart, as you breathe with soft eyes… letting the colour and your system to do all the work as you simply focus attention and allow it all to be there. No changing anything, no judging… no need to do anything at all as you hold the space for the colour to do it all for you. That’s it…

Notice what is happening now as you breathe, with soft eyes, breathing the colour in through your heart and out from your heart. That’s it. Allow all of it to be there, as you breathe, welcome every awareness and sensation, it’s all just as it needs to be right now…

You might like to take a nice deep breath in now and let it out…. that’s it and breathe out and out and out… as you relax your focus for a moment… That’s it.

Now scan your body for the next awareness, where do you want to focus your attention, now? Become aware of sensations, and emotions, as you allow it all to be there. There’s no need to analyse, no thinking about… simply observe and welcome whatever may be there for you right now. There is nothing for you to do, but be there, in this space, focusing attention, with your emotions and sensations as your guides.

Whatever now wants your attention, allow it, focus gently there, as you breathe, with soft eyes, making no effort, because there is nothing for you to do. Whatever is there is just as it needs to be in this moment now. That’s it. With each new awareness, with all that you experience, focus on it gently and then breathe the colour that appeals most, in through your heart… and out from your heart. As you breathe, with soft eyes.

That’s it.

As many times as you like, scan your body; tune into the sensations; focus your attention gently without any thought or effort. Choose a colour that feels just right, and breathe that colour in through your heart… and out from your heart.

That’s it…

Keep it very gentle and very simple… Awareness…. allowing… colour breathing… that’s all you need to do…. And breathe… with soft eyes… That’s it…

Give yourself all the time you need for this. Bathe and bask in the colours you choose. Allow all parts of you to be welcomed and acknowledged and to do their own thing as you focus on them, allow them, and breathe colour through them…

That’s it.

When you feel as though you are complete, for now, you might like to focus a little attention on feeling clear, feeling happy and feeling spacious

Just focus on the words for a moment… feeling clear… feeling happy… and feeling spacious… don’t you just love feeling clear… happy and spacious? Don’t those feelings feel like home to you? And if there were a colour, that would be the perfect colour for clear, right now, allow yourself to breathe that colour…. in through your heart and out from your heart… bathing every cell in what it is to feel completely clear

That’s it… Now, if there were a colour that would be the perfect colour for happy… just now… breathe that colour in through your heart and out from your heart…

And a colour for spacious… if there were a colour for the spacious that is just the spacious you want right now in every cell, every fibre of your being… breathe that colour in through your heart, and out from your heart… That’s it.

Now, let’s send the clear, happy, spacious colours out from every cell in your body and into the space all around you as you breathe, with soft eyes… And into your home, to every place you visit… and into your next moments and hours of this day… and into your sleeping, and waking tomorrow… send those colours into your future… soaking your cells with the feelings of clear, happy spacious as you move into the hours and days ahead… and allow your cells to soak in the way that feels, knowing that it feels good because it is the truth of who you are and it is always accessible as you refresh your awareness and bring yourself back into your breathing in and out…

Bringing this to a close now, taking a few deep breaths in…. and out and out and out…

Breathing in… knowing you have done profound work here…

Breathing out… knowing all is well.

Breathing in… knowing that now is all there is,

Breathing out.. knowing all is well.

Breathing in… knowing there is nothing you need,

Breathing out… knowing all is well.

And when you’re ready, take a nice deep breath in… and let it out… that’s it… bring yourself back gently into the space and open your eyes…

Give yourself time to refresh, refocus… ease yourself back into your day. Wonderful work.
