Relishing Good Moments
This track will amplify positive feelings as you notice moments of optimism, eagerness and enjoyment in your day. Use it to bask in the pleasure of feeling uplifted. It’s a great track for the end of the day.
If your day has been challenging, use Track 4 for soothing instead.

In his talk Dr Alan Watkins explores how behaviour changes only when we change our emotional and physiological states. It clarifies why trying to motivate change using discipline or willpower doesn’t create sustainable, or enjoyable new patterns.
If we want to become a more energised, eager, active version of ourselves, we do it by feeling better first. Then we are inspired to change. .The behaviours we desire will take us over and we will truly want to move more, for the joy of it.

Track 4 - Soothing for a tough day

Use this when you are finding it hard to feel good. It will soothe you. As you practise soothing yourself, calming the mind, settling the body, you will find your energy rises more easily.
Track 5 - Dreaming of wanting to walk each day…
Wanting to want to walk…
Use this deliberate daydreaming track if you’d love to find yourself wanting to go for a walk each day.
If possible, listen to it as you lie in bed as soon as you wake up.
This track should feel easy and enjoyable. If it doesn’t feel good as you listen to it, stop the track and use Track 4 instead. It can take a little focus to feel optimistic about daydreaming. That’s completely normal!
Come back to the track again tomorrow and see how it feels to you then.
