You might like to listen to this track as you wake and also as you settle to sleep for a few nights… You might be pleasantly surprised by how soon you start to feel better as you wake.

It focuses on choosing the way you want to feel and was made for listening to when you first wake up, but it will work just as well at bedtime for the moment.
